Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Vibimine platform. We've written them to be as readable as legal text allows the short version of each section is up front.

The agreement

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Vibimine Health, Inc.(“Vibimine”, “we”). By creating an account or using the platform you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If we materially change these terms we will notify you before the changes take effect.

Medical disclaimer

Vibimine is a technology platform, not a medical provider. Medical care available through the platform is provided by independent licensed clinicians. Content on the platform including AI-generated insights is informational and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this platform.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18, reside in a supported region, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One person per account clinical services are personal to the account holder.

Subscriptions & billing

Programs are billed as recurring subscriptions at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least [30 days'] notice before your next renewal.

Refunds

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform on behalf of someone else or share clinical services across people.
  • Provide false health information, which can make care unsafe.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform except under our responsible disclosure policy.
  • Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service or its content.
  • Use the service in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software, and content are owned by Vibimine Health, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the information you submit; you grant us the license needed to operate the service and provide your care, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or are required to be closed by law. On termination, provisions that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms) remain in effect, and medical records are retained as required by law.

Limitation of liability
